“Equality Awareness Training”

This training is meant for all members of your organization. During the training they will learn how society teaches women and men specific gender roles, how these roles affect individuals, society and work places, and develop their awareness for gender equality.

Method: In Person and Online (Zoom)

• Sexism in the workplace
• What we can do for equality

If you would be interested in a 1 hour version of this training that can be accessed via a Learning Management System (LMS) that staff can access where and when they would like and learn at their own pace, please contact us with this request. With this approach the training can become a permanent part of your organization and be integrated into your orientation processes for new staff.
